RFM Integrated Device was originally founded to design and manufacture low-power radio frequency (RF) products using surface acoustic wave (SAW) technology.  Their products now include RF communications components, subsystem short-range radios, RF modules, and boxed radios. RFMi covers a broad range of industrial, commercial, and consumer applications with their RF products.
